1. Otoplasty – Otoplasty is plastic surgery of the ear to correct defects and deformities. In other words, a pin back for protruding ears, creating an outcome of a more contour look. Anyone that perceives himself or herself as having "big ears" or ears that "stick out" would be a candidate. Recovery time is minimal; stitches are removed one week
   later.
