The before pictures
show an increased angle of the ear with the skull
and a slight increase in the dimensions of the conchal
bowl. The upper helix near the apex of the
ear is slightly more protuberant on the left than
the right. The asymmetries were corrected
with the otoplasty and the ears now lay flatter
to the skull. |
